• Card size: 2 7/8″ diameter
• Minimum type: 6pt
• Minimum line weight: .5pt (fine line/details may not print well)
• “Live” area: 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″
• Bleed area: 3″ x 3 1/8″
• Minimum border at edge: 3/16″
• Minimum order: 1-2 colors 300 decks, 3-4 colors 500 decks
• Printing options: 4/c process or match color 24 standard colors -others available $58 extra per color)
• Match color change: $90(min 200 decks; same plate, 1 change only per order of 400+ decks). Other changes: please inquire.
• Set-up charge: $42 per color back. Reorder set-up $28 per color.
• Proofs (layout only): email proof required $5 no charge for second proof, each additional $5 paper proof available $48 Allow 2 business days for each proof version.
• Lead time: 10 business days after proof approval (max 2,000 decks, standard packaging)
• Packaging: Options are round plastic, 156 decks/carton/41 lbs; also available in a round tin at an extra charge
• Custom boxes: require a minimum order of 500 decks
• Overrun/underrun: 10% or add 5% to deck price for exact quantity
